A new facility lease agreement has been signed between Port of Gävle and TSG Forwarding AB. The agreement covers a land area of approximately 3.4 hectares within the port, referred to as the “Wind Power Area,” and is valid through 2035.
Through the agreement, TSG expands its existing presence in the port with additional space to construct new warehouses for storage and cargo handling. The expansion is part of the company’s continued growth in logistics solutions in central Sweden. Operations on the site are expected to begin during 2025.
